Old business: 

 

 Discussion: 

A repeater , possibly from Haleyville Alabama  has been interfering with the club repeater and resulted in the repeater being taken out of service on Tuesday night the 16th of February. The interference subsided the next morning.

 

 

Discussion:  Bob and Bill Hand KI4WNH went to meet with Ardmore officials to sign a MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding) with the city of Ardmore  agreeing to provide auxiliary radio communication from ARES members to the City in the event of an emergency.

 

 

Discussion: Congratulations are due for the VE team consisting  of Charles Solomon,  Jane Plunkett, Judy McKenna and Tim Pirkle who conducted the  first quarterly VE test session at Second Street Church of Christ. Six participants attended and all passed.

We wish to express our appreciation to Ed Shelby and the Second Street Church of Christ for the use of the family life center for these test sessions.

Charles Solomon has set the next testing date for May 8th.

 

New Business

Bill Wiseman brought a mystery item for members to buy at 25 cents a chance. The name that was drawn was Judy McKenna who won a 90 degree silver plated coaxial connector. This added $3.50 to the club account. Members thought this was a good way to bring a little extra funding to the club account.    Thanks Bill!
